1. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or refund, your return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in these cases:

The return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged item)

If We Made a Mistake:
If we made a mistake or sent you a defective item, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply print and attach it to your package.
Important: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance or using a tracked, insured shipping method.

7. REFUNDS

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Any item purchased at a discount of more than 20% off the full retail price is considered final sale, including:

11. RESTOCKING FEES
Good News: GAPSNEAKER does NOT charge restocking fees on eligible returns. You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price (minus original shipping, unless the return is due to our error).
12. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Refund Policy on Shipping:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

If you received a free shipping promotion and return your items, the shipping credit cannot be refunded

If we made an error or sent you a defective item, we may refund original shipping charges

This process typically takes 10-14 business days from when we receive your return.
14. COURTESY REPLACEMENTS
In limited cases, GAPSNEAKER may offer a one-time courtesy replacement without requiring the original item to be returned first.
Important: If you later request a refund for that order, both the original item AND the replacement item must be returned to qualify for a full refund.
This exception is offered at our discretion and does not apply automatically to future orders.
15. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do NOT accept returns for items that are:

Worn, washed, used, or altered

16. LOST OR MISSING RETURNS
