Cancellation & Order Changes Policy

At GAPSNEAKER, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes once an order has been confirmed. However, we do allow cancellation requests within a limited time window, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

1. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

You may request a cancellation only if your order is still within the cancellation window listed below. After that period, we are generally unable to cancel, modify, or change items, shipping addresses, or shipping methods.
