4. IF CANCELLATION IS NOT AVAILABLE
If your order is outside the cancellation window or has already entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In that case, you may still return eligible items after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, provided the items meet the return conditions.

If your shipping address needs to be updated before dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@gapsneaker.com with your order number. We will attempt to update your address if your order has not yet left our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee address changes will be processed.
6. RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUSED PACKAGES
Return Shipping Costs
We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery or if a package is returned to sender due to customer-related issues, including:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any return postage, return-to-sender fees, or related carrier charges may be deducted from your refund where permitted, in order to cover the actual return shipping cost.
7. WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED?
If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. However, you have two options:
Option 1: Return After Delivery
Accept delivery and return the items according to our Refund & Return Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Option 2: Refuse Delivery
You may refuse the package at delivery. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from any refund
